Six things move the number. Agents make volume cheap. Judgement isn’t.

Scope
How many page templates, tools or workflows. A five-template site and a thirty-template site are different projects.
Content volume
How many pages or articles to migrate, rewrite, translate or fact-check. Agents make volume cheap; checking it is where the hours go.
Integrations
CRM, booking, payments, ERP or internal APIs. Each one needs mapping, error handling and tests.
Languages
Every language adds translation, review and its own set of pages for search and AI answers.
Regulated copy
Legal, medical and financial content gets claim-by-claim checks and a stricter approval loop.
Deadline
A fixed date earlier than the natural timeline means I clear my calendar for you. That has a price.

Working together

Contracting entity: WIMOCO (Vegard Wikeby), Monterrey, Mexico. Details on the legal page.
Payment: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Projects above €10,000: 40% / 30% / 30% across three milestones.
Currency: EUR or USD, as agreed in the proposal. USD prices are set by hand, not converted live.
VAT: All prices exclude VAT. Reverse charge where applicable.
Intellectual property: Assigned to you on full payment: code, content, designs and data.
Confidentiality: NDAs signed on request, before you share anything sensitive.
Warranty: 30-day bug warranty after launch on everything in scope.

Why do you publish your prices?

Because you’d ask anyway. And because buyers now ask AI assistants what things cost before they contact anyone. A published price saves us both a call that was never going to work, and it lets an assistant describe my offers accurately.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The proposal fixes scope, price and timeline before any work starts. If you want something new mid-project, I price the change in writing and nothing moves until you approve it. If a weekly preview misses what we agreed, I fix it before the next invoice.

Do you work by the hour?

Not on projects: fixed prices protect you from my estimates. For ongoing work there’s the AI Department (from €2,900/mo), and if you prefer prepaid hours, the Build Bank: 100 hours, valid 12 months, €12,000 · $13,200.

What does it cost to run afterwards?

Usually very little, and it’s paid straight to the providers in your name: hosting, AI usage, and any email or data services. I design for low running costs and put a hard cap on AI spend. One example: a law firm’s content engine I built runs on ~€33/mo of AI spend, with a €100 monthly breaker.

Can we pay in USD?

Yes. Every price is published in EUR and USD, set by hand and reviewed quarterly, and you’re invoiced in the currency we agree. Prices exclude VAT; reverse charge applies where applicable.

Our budget is smaller than your prices. What then?

Run the free AI-readiness audit. It shows your score, which AI crawlers can reach you and your top three fixes, and many of those you can do yourself. The AI Visibility Deep Audit at €1,500 is the smallest paid engagement, and it’s credited to any build within 60 days.

Who do we sign the contract with?

WIMOCO, my company, represented by me, Vegard Wikeby, in Monterrey, Mexico. Contracts and NDAs are handled per client, and you’ll always deal with me directly.
