03 Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

Built for you if

  • Competitors appear in AI answers for questions you answer on every sales call.
  • Your site is technically sound but rarely quoted, and nobody can tell you why.
  • Your best expertise sits in sales decks, PDFs and partners’ heads instead of on pages.
  • You need a measurable baseline for AI search before you spend more on it.

Not for you if

04 The problem

Your competitors are being quoted. Usually for reasons you can fix.

Assistants don’t rank ten blue links. They assemble an answer from sources they can read, trust and attribute: a company described the same way across the web, pages that answer one question clearly near the top, a named author, a recent date. The competitor they quote may simply have more of these, not better expertise.

G2 found that 51% of B2B software buyers start research in an AI chatbot. The questions they type are the same ones you answer on sales calls every week. The sprint turns those answers into pages an assistant can quote, and fixes the plumbing that stops it from reaching them.

It’s narrow on purpose: one month, a fixed set of changes, and the same prompts measured at the start and the end.

Signs you need this

  • You’re on page one of Google but absent from ChatGPT’s answer.
  • Perplexity cites a directory listing instead of your own website.
  • Your company is described three different ways across the web.
  • Your best answers live in PDFs and slide decks nobody can find.
  • Assistants recommend a competitor for the exact service you lead with.
  • Nobody on your team can say whether AI search is getting better or worse for you.

06 What you get

Deliverables, tagged by the layer they fix.

A fixed scope, delivered in 30 days. The pages live on your existing site; nothing needs rebuilding unless the baseline says it must.

  • AI-mention baseline

Your buyer prompts run across five assistants on day one: who is mentioned, who is cited, and which sources they lean on. Dated and saved.

    Layer: Cited
  • Crawler and CDN fixes

Bot access, Cloudflare and firewall rules, robots.txt, sitemaps and render issues: fixed, or handed to your developer with exact instructions.

    Layer: Found
  • Entity and sameAs graph

One consistent description of your company, people and services across your site, your schema and the profiles assistants trust.

    Layer: Cited
  • Six answer-first cornerstone pages

Written from your expertise, each answering a real buyer question in its opening paragraph, with sources, a named author and a date.

    Layer: Cited
  • Bing Webmaster and IndexNow

Several assistants draw on Bing’s index. New and changed pages are submitted the day they go live.

    Layer: Found
  • Directory and listicle plan

Which third-party lists, directories and profiles assistants cite in your niche, and how to earn a place on them legitimately.

    Layer: Cited
  • Day-30 re-measure

The same prompts on the same assistants, compared with day one. Honest about what moved and what didn’t.

07 How it runs

Thirty days, measured at both ends.

Agents run prompts, draft pages and check every claim. You approve anything that changes your live site or speaks in your name.

Agents at work Human gate: nothing moves on until a person approves

  1. Step 1: Days 1–3

    Baseline

Prompt set agreed, runs captured on five assistants, competitors and their cited sources mapped.

    • agent://researcher

Human gate You approve the prompt set and the competitors.

  2. Step 2: Days 4–10

    Fix the foundation

Crawler, CDN, schema and entity fixes. Your company description aligned across site and profiles.

    • agent://builder
    • agent://tester

Human gate You approve every change to your live site and public profiles.

  3. Step 3: Days 8–20

    Cornerstone pages

Six pages drafted from your expertise and an interview with you. Every claim checked against a source; anything unsupported is cut.

    • agent://writer
    • agent://fact-checker

Human gate You approve each page before it’s published.

  4. Step 4: Days 18–24

    Publish and submit

Pages live, internal links added and validated, Bing and IndexNow submissions made.

    • agent://builder
  5. Step 5: Days 28–30

    Re-measure and report

The same prompts on the same assistants. A written report and a call on what moved, what didn’t, and what I’d do next.

    • agent://researcher
    • agent://fact-checker

Human gate I review every result before you see it.

08 Proof

Answer-first pages, built under a fact-check gate.

The cornerstone pages follow the same rules as the law-firm engine: answer first, sources attached, no claim without a source, and every internal link validated before it ships.

That’s why I don’t let AI publish anything unchecked: on one batch it invented internal links to pages that don’t exist. The gates caught them; the ledger above shows what survived.

11 Questions

Straight answers to fair questions.

What’s the difference between GEO, AEO and SEO?

SEO earns a place in a search engine’s list of results. GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AEO (answer engine optimisation) earn a place inside the answer an assistant writes. The foundations overlap: crawlable pages, clear structure, trust signals. GEO adds entity consistency, answer-first writing and the sources assistants actually cite.

Will we definitely appear in ChatGPT after 30 days?

I can’t promise that, and I’d be suspicious of anyone who does. Assistants re-crawl and re-weigh sources on their own schedule. What you get is every obstacle I can find removed, six strong pages live, and an honest before-and-after on the same prompts.

Why only six pages?

Because six pages that answer real buyer questions with your evidence beat sixty generic ones. Thin pages mass-produced with AI are what Google’s spam policies treat as scaled content abuse, and assistants quote the clearest source, not the longest site.

Do you write the pages, or do we?

Agents draft from your material and an interview with you, I edit, and you approve. Every claim is checked against a source you gave me. Your name stays on the expertise; nothing is invented.

Does this work on WordPress, Webflow or Wix?

Yes, as long as crawlers can read the pages. If they can’t, the baseline shows it on day one and we decide together whether to fix that first.

How do you measure AI visibility?

With a fixed prompt set run on five assistants at the start and the end, captured and dated: whether you’re mentioned, whether you’re cited, and which sources are used. It isn’t a vanity score. You can re-run it yourself.

Rather talk it through first?

20 minutes with me, not a sales rep. You leave with a clear next step — whether or not we work together.
