Terms of sale.
How buying from me works, in plain language. These terms are for businesses. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you pay, not after.

Who you’re dealing with

Registered details are printed on every invoice.
Businesses only
I work with businesses, not private individuals. When you buy, you confirm that you are buying for a business and that you are allowed to order work on the website or systems involved.
Prices, VAT and invoices
Every price on this site is published in EUR and USD, and every price excludes VAT. Where reverse charge applies, the invoice says so and you account for the VAT yourself.
You get an invoice for every payment, deposits included.
The price we agree in writing is the price you pay. If my published prices change later, your agreed price doesn’t.
How buying works
- Fixed-price offers
- Some offers have one price and one scope, both published on the offer’s page. You pay that price and nothing more.
- Quotes
- Work priced “from” starts with a call or a quote request. I then send you one fixed price in writing for the scope written on it, and that is what you pay. If you change the scope, I price the change in writing before any work on it starts.
- Deposits
- Larger projects start with a deposit: the first payment written in your proposal. It counts in full toward the project. The rest is paid in the milestones written in your proposal.
- Delivery times
- Each offer’s page and your proposal state the delivery time. If I’m going to miss one, you hear it from me first, with a new date.
Self-serve audits
The Premium AI Audit is bought from the results of your free scan. Where the page offers card payment, you pay through Stripe’s hosted checkout, and Stripe sends the receipt and the invoice; I never see your card. Otherwise, or if you prefer, you pay by invoice and bank transfer, and I send the invoice within one business day.
The audit starts when the payment is confirmed: right away for a card payment, when the money arrives for a transfer. If it fails or isn’t ready within 24 hours of that, I fix it or refund in full, your choice. Tell me which by replying to my email or on WhatsApp.
The audit promise below applies as well, and what you paid becomes a credit as described under Credits.

This covers every paid audit I sell. You decide whether the fixes were worth doing; I don’t ask you to show it. Reply to the email that delivered your audit, or message me on WhatsApp; the word “refund” is enough. The money goes back the way you paid it.
Promise
Deposits are refundable until work starts
The deposit is the first payment in your proposal, and it counts in full toward the project. If we don't agree on the scope before work starts, you get all of it back.
Until work starts, you can also simply change your mind: the deposit comes back in full. Once we have agreed the scope and work has started, the deposit is part of what you have paid for the project, and the cancellation rules below apply.

The fixed price in your proposal is what you pay for the scope written on it. You see the work every week, and anything that misses what we agreed is fixed before the next invoice.
If you want something new in the middle of a project, I price the change in writing, and nothing moves until you approve it.

Domain, hosting, code, content and data sit in your accounts from day one. You can walk away at any time with all of it.
Hosting and AI usage are billed to you by the providers, at cost, in your name. The code, content, designs and data I make for you are yours once that work is paid. If you end a project early, you pay for the work done to date and keep all of it.
Warranty
Anything in scope that breaks within 30 days of launch, I fix at no charge.
Credits
Some purchases become credit toward the next step, for example an audit fee that counts toward a build. A credit:
- equals the cash you actually paid;
- is valid for 60 days from that payment;
- is never paid out as cash;
- can’t be combined with a promotion;
- is void if the purchase it came from is refunded.
Cancellations
- Before work starts
- You get every deposit back in full.
- After work starts
- You pay for the work done up to the day you stop, and you keep it. On a fixed-price project, work done is counted in the milestones written in your proposal, so you know the amount in advance.
Promotions
When I run a promotion, its price, cap, dates and eligibility are published on the offer page. Limits are enforced, never extended by surprise.
A promotion can’t be combined with a credit or with another promotion.
Liability
If something I deliver doesn’t work as agreed, I fix it. Beyond that, my liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. This doesn’t limit anything the law says can’t be limited.
What I can’t promise: a position in Google or in any AI assistant’s answers. Nobody controls those, so nobody can honestly promise them.
Governing law
These terms, and every contract made under them, are governed by the laws of Mexico. The courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, have jurisdiction.
Before anyone calls a lawyer, talk to me. Most problems are solved in one conversation.
Changes to these terms
When I change these terms, the version date at the top changes. The version that applied when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
Customer service
Questions, invoices, a refund or a complaint: it all reaches me personally. Personal reply within one business day. Once we’re talking, my direct email is in every reply.
