How it works
A number now, a fixed price after one call.
The estimate holds for 14 days. Here is what it binds me to.
Answer up to five questions
Pages, languages, the words, connections and when you want to start. Add your site or your free report link if you have one.
See the price and the ceiling
The published “from” price plus what your answers add, each line with its euro effect. When the estimate offers a deposit, the top of the range is a ceiling: for the scope printed on the estimate, my fixed price is never higher.
Reserve a start week, or talk first
A 30% deposit of the range’s low end reserves a week. We confirm the fixed scope on a 20-minute call; if we don’t agree on it, the deposit comes back in full.
- The ceiling
- For the scope printed on the estimate, the fixed price in my proposal is never above the top of the range (terms of sale). If we change the scope on the call, you see the new estimate before you agree to anything. An estimate marked “call first” is an indicative range: no ceiling applies until the price is set on the call.
- The deposit
- 30% of the range’s low end, after any open credit from a paid audit. It counts in full toward the price, and it is refunded in full if we don’t agree on the scope (terms of sale).
- How you pay it
- By bank transfer against an invoice, which I send within one business day.
- How long it holds
- 14 days. After that the estimate is worked out again from the prices of that day.
- When I’d rather talk first
- Answers marked “call first” (very large sites, many languages, payments or logins, bigger automation projects), custom tools, an old scan, or no free week soon. You still see the range; the next step is a call instead of a deposit.

Rather talk it through first?
20 minutes with me, not a sales rep. You leave with a clear next step — whether or not we work together.
