Short answer

An AI content and distribution engine turns the expertise a firm already has into pages AI assistants can cite and posts people actually see. It captures documents and archives, rewrites them under claim-by-claim fact checks, publishes only what you approve, tracks which AI crawlers read it and which articles bring enquiries, and stops spending at a budget cap you set.

03 Fit

## Who this is for, and who it isn't.

Built for you if

- You’re a law, medical, finance, consulting or industrial firm with a back catalogue of articles, guides or PDFs.
- Your best writing lives on a directory or publisher that ranks for it instead of you.
- You don’t want to touch your WordPress or builder site. The Edge Hub sits beside it on one path.
- Partners will approve a weekly post in a minute, but will never write one.

Not for you if

- You have nothing written down and nobody to interview yet. Start with the [AI Search Visibility Sprint](https://webrevolution.si/services/ai-search-visibility/).
- You want volume for its own sake. The engine publishes only what passes a fact check and your approval.
- You need someone to answer comments and DMs. The engine drafts and publishes; it doesn’t do community management.
- You’re a consumer brand chasing reach. This is built for expertise that has to be right.

04 The problem

## Your expertise is building someone else’s authority.

The law firm behind my flagship case had thousands of expert articles on a third-party lawyer directory. Every one of them built the directory’s authority, not the firm’s. When someone asked an assistant about the firm’s speciality, the answer didn’t mention the firm.

Most expert firms have a version of this: a Word file of answers nobody published, a PDF library behind a login, a partner who explains the same thing on every call. The bottleneck isn’t knowledge. It’s turning that knowledge into pages and posts every week, safely, without hiring a content team.

And plain AI writing makes it worse. On one batch, the AI suggested 1,175 internal links; 72 were hallucinated, with anchors that weren’t in the text and pages that didn’t exist. That’s why nothing in this engine publishes without passing a gate.

72 hallucinated links rejected (36 invented anchors, 36 non-existent pages) observed 2026-10-05 · deterministic validation log

Signs you need this

- Your articles rank on a directory’s domain, not yours.
- There’s a Word file or PDF library of expertise nobody ever published.
- Your LinkedIn page posts twice a year, when someone remembers.
- Partners won’t write, but they’d happily approve.
- You tried AI writing once and it invented a statute, a study or a price.
- You can’t tell which articles ever produced an enquiry.

06 Three modules

## Capture, publish, distribute. Start with the one that hurts.

Each module stands on its own and plugs into the others. You never pay twice for the same part.

01 · Capture

### Edge Hub

Your back catalogue published as a searchable knowledge hub on your own domain, right beside your current site.

from €4,500 · $4,950 2–3 weeks

- Bulk import from .docx, PDF or a directory profile
- AI meta descriptions and structural QA
- Validated internal links: anchor and target must exist
- Served inside your live header and footer; CMS untouched, instant rollback

[Start with Capture →](https://webrevolution.si/start/?goal=content)

02 · Publish

### Full Engine

Continuous capture, rework, claim-by-claim fact check, one-click approval and publishing, running on its own every few minutes.

from €9,500 · $10,500 6–9 weeks

- Everything in Capture
- Fact check against a source dossier
- Daily approval digest, then auto mode per category
- Per-bot AI-crawler analytics and article → form attribution
- Hard monthly € budget breaker

[Plan the full engine →](https://webrevolution.si/start/?goal=content)

03 · Distribute

### Distribution module

A week of on-brand posts per channel, drafted from your published expertise and approved from a phone in minutes.

from €3,500 · $3,850 3–4 weeks

- LinkedIn, Facebook / Instagram, X and newsletter drafts in your voice
- Approve, decline or comment per post on a phone-friendly portal
- Your feedback shapes the next week’s drafts
- Works with the engine or on its own

[Start with Distribute →](https://webrevolution.si/start/?goal=distribution)

Plus running costs of ~€30–150/mo, paid directly to the AI, scraping and hosting providers.

07 What you get

## Deliverables, tagged by the layer they fix.

The full engine includes everything below; Capture and Distribute can be bought on their own and joined up later.

- **Knowledge hub on your own domain**
Your back catalogue as fast, searchable pages with sitemap and schema, served inside your live header and footer.
  Layer: Found
- **Claim-by-claim fact check**
Every factual statement in a reworked article checked against its source as supported, partial or unsupported. Unsupported claims are flagged and held for a person, not softened.
  Layer: Cited
- **Validated internal links**
AI-suggested links kept only if the anchor exists verbatim, the target page exists, and a relevance check passes.
  Layer: Cited
- **One-click approval digest**
A daily email of what’s ready, with signed single-use approval links and shareable preview links.
  Layer: Engine room
- **Budget breaker**
A hard monthly cap on AI spend and a daily rework limit. When the cap is hit, the engine stops; it doesn’t send you a surprise bill.
  Layer: Engine room
- **Per-bot AI-crawler analytics**
Which AI crawlers read which pages, by name, with an alert if they stop coming.
  Layer: Found
- **Article → form lead attribution**
Every enquiry tagged with the article that brought it in, carried in the link without cookies.
  Layer: Chosen
- **Distribution and approval portal**
A week of on-brand posts per channel, approved, declined or commented on from a phone. Feedback shapes the next draft.
  Layer: Engine room
- **Tests, runbook and handover**
Automated tests on every pipeline stage, a runbook, and the whole system moved into your Cloudflare account.
  Layer: All layers

08 How it runs

## The full engine, in nine weeks, with you in control of the switch.

It starts in pilot mode: you approve every article from the daily digest. Automatic publishing is switched on only for the categories you choose, and you can switch it off again at any time.

Agents at work Human gate: nothing moves on until a person approves

1. Step 1: Week 1
   **Source audit and rules**
Every source inventoried: documents, archives, directory profiles. Tone, banned phrases and things that may never be claimed are written down.
   - agent://researcher
   - agent://architect
Human gate You approve the source list and the editorial rules.
2. Step 2: Weeks 2–3
   **Capture and hub**
Sources archived and parsed, then imported. The hub goes live beside your site on one path, with your header and footer.
   - agent://builder
   - agent://tester
Human gate You approve the hub before it’s public.
3. Step 3: Weeks 3–5
   **Rework and fact check**
Articles rewritten into answer-first pages; every claim checked against the source. Anything unsupported is flagged and held for a person, not softened.
   - agent://writer
   - agent://fact-checker
Human gate Pilot mode: you approve every article from the daily digest.
4. Step 4: Weeks 5–7
   **Analytics, attribution, budget**
Per-bot crawler analytics, article-to-form attribution, the budget breaker and its alerts.
   - agent://builder
   - agent://watcher
5. Step 5: Weeks 7–9
   **Handover and auto mode**
Moved into your Cloudflare account with CI deploys, runbook written, team trained on the digest.
   - agent://watcher
Human gate You decide when, and for which categories, approval becomes automatic.

10 Price

## What moves the price, and what it costs to run.

Each module has its own published starting price. I usually suggest starting with Capture, proving the hub works, then adding Publish or Distribute.

Costs more when

- Messy sources: scanned PDFs, several directories, mixed languages.
- More domains or languages (the law-firm engine runs 5 domains).
- Regulated topics that need stricter claim rules and review.
- More distribution channels, or a custom approval workflow.

Costs less when

- Clean source files (.docx or structured HTML).
- One domain and one language.
- Starting with Capture and adding modules once it proves itself.
- One person on your side who approves within a day.

### Monthly running costs

Paid by you, directly to each provider, in your own accounts. I add no markup and no hosting fee.

| What | How it works | Paid to |
| --- | --- | --- |
| AI model usage | Rework, fact checks and drafts, billed by the AI provider. Throttled by a daily limit and capped by your breaker; the law-firm engine runs at **~€33/mo**. | Anthropic / OpenAI |
| Scraping | Only if your sources sit on third-party sites. Normal operation usually fits a provider’s free tier. | Scraping provider |
| Hosting, database, cron | Cloudflare Workers, D1 and KV. Small volumes fit Cloudflare’s free plan; Workers Paid is budgeted when volume or CPU needs it. | Cloudflare |
| Digest emails | Cloudflare Email or the provider you already use. | Cloudflare / yours |

Typical running costs: **~€30–150/mo**, paid directly to the providers. The breaker defaults to a hard **€100** a month.

11 Handover

## What you own when we're done.

- The engine’s code, prompts and tests your GitHub organisation
- Workers, database and raw archive your Cloudflare account
- Every published page, as files your domain + repo
- Editorial rules and prompt versions versioned in your repo
- AI provider accounts and API keys in your name
- Runbook and recorded walkthrough docs/ + shared drive

No licence fees to me, no lock-in, no proprietary platform. If I disappeared tomorrow, any competent developer could pick it up from the runbook.

12 Questions

## Straight answers to fair questions.

**Won’t Google penalise AI-written content?**

Mass-producing low-value pages to manipulate rankings is what [Google’s spam policies treat as scaled content abuse](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/essentials/spam-policies#scaled-content). The engine publishes pages built from your own expertise, checked claim by claim against the source and approved by a person, at a deliberately throttled pace. That’s the opposite.

**What does “claim-by-claim fact check” actually mean?**

After an article is reworked, a second model lists every factual statement and checks each one against the original source: supported, partial or unsupported. Unsupported statements are flagged, and the draft is held for a person to review before it reaches your digest. Banned phrases (guarantees, superlatives, anything your regulator dislikes) are blocked outright.

**Do we have to approve every article forever?**

No. The engine starts in pilot mode, where you approve everything. Once you trust a category, you can switch it to automatic, and switch it back at any time. I recommend keeping sensitive categories on manual approval permanently.

**Will this touch our WordPress site?**

No. The Edge Hub runs on one path of your domain (for example /knowledge/) through Cloudflare and borrows your live header and footer, so it looks native. Your CMS isn’t touched, and the hub can be rolled back in seconds.

**What does it cost to run each month?**

Running costs go to the providers, in your accounts, never through me. AI spend depends on volume; the law-firm engine runs at ~€33/mo (throttled to 15 rewrites/day), under a hard €100 monthly breaker.

**Which channels can the Distribution module publish to?**

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and your newsletter are the usual set. Publishing to some platforms requires their developer approval in your company’s name, which takes time; until it lands, approved posts are delivered ready to paste. I won’t claim a platform works until it does.
